Error using Outlook2003 backup add-in

I have downloaded the backup add-in for use with Oulook2003.

Having selected the files to backup, I exit Oulook, but am told that:

"Cannot copy outlook: process cannot access file because another process has
locked a portion of the file."

Nor can I manually copy the files (similar error). I have no other programs
running and can't see any obvious processes that would affect it...

HELP!

....I have already tried exiting Outlook, rebooting and restarting, but to no
avail...

Having searched the forum a bit more thoroughly...

DIscovered my Copernic Desktop search was the problem.

Turned it off (ie, exited)... all works fine.

Sorry to clog up the forum!
