Error trying to add previous 2000 PST file

recently filed all PSTs to a CD. Now, trying to use the Data File Manager to
load the PST files back into 2003. I keep getting an error msg that file is
not a pst file. Several others come across just fine.

How are you "loading" these files?
Have you moved them to a hard drive and removed their read only attributes?
