error "there is not enough memory (RAM) to launch Photo Deluxe

I have a P4 PC with 1 gig of ram. When I try to open
Adobe Photo Deluxe 2.0, I get the error message "there is
not enough memory (RAM) to launch Photo Deluxe"
I have been unable to locate anything on the Adobe site
that could help on this issue.
Any ideas?

Do you have enough virtual memory set? Adobe products tend to like to have
virtual memory available, even if you have plenty of physical ram available.
