Error: The OLE Server isn't registered

Using Access 2003 on Windows XP Professional.

When I attempt to open or create a Data Access Page I get the following
error: 'The OLE Server isn't registered. To register the OLE Server,
reinstall it'.

1) Have used this Reinstall procedure:

2) This Not Registered procedure:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;310813

3) Downloaded and installed these Office Web Components:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...FamilyID=7287252c-402e-4f72-97a5-e0fd290d4b76

4) Run the Office Repair procedure

5) And Uninstalled and reinstalled Access 2003....

Nothing seems to fix this....

Would really appreciate it if someone could tell me - How do I reinstall the
Access 2003 OLE Server and where do I find it??

Hey guys I have this same problem only when I'm trying to embed a .bmp file
to a table. I tried this solution but it didn't work in the end, although
it did give me the "succeeded" message after making the registration via
"Run".

I have a "Products" table in which I included the OLE Object field and I
want to display an image of the product so the user can take a look and
recognize it better. So far none of my attempts have worked, what could be
wrong?
