Error Signatures

Does anyone know how to obtain info on Error Signatures
for XP Pro. I am getting fatal crashes and reboots. I
checked the event log and I am getting an error code: 9c
with a number of parameters. I can not find anything on
Microsoft's Web Sites that allows me to decipher the
errors.
