Error shutting down

I have been having a problem shutting down. I can't shut down normally so
that my updates can be installed when shutting down. I keep getting this
message: " End Program - RCManager2 is not responding" To return to windows
and check status click cancell.
If I press End Now then my updates will not install themselves.
Please SOMEBODY HELP!!!!!
