Error sending mail

I can receive mail, but am not able to send it.

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'test', Account:
'mail.terraworld.net', Server: 'mail.terraworld.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port:
25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Go to tools>accounts>select your account>properties>advanced tab, and try
changing the SMTP port from 25, to 26 or 587.

Try each one and let us know how you get on please?
