error sending e-mail: 0x80040201

Hello,
Does any one knows what is this 0x80040201 error, and why
does it appears in Outlook ? Funy thing is that the
account that gives me this error, sends the e-mails just
fine. The annoying thing is it repeats every 1 minute.

What version of Outlook are you using?
Have you already tried recreating (do not copy) your mail profile?
Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles...
