error reports?

my family and i have been having problems with an "error
report" when we go into the internet. it's not a problem
with the internet because it says its a window' error. is
there a type of patch or security that we can get to keep
this from happening?
 
What's the exact text of the message?

Do you run Windows Update regularly to get all critical patches? You might
want to hold off on SP2 for a bit, but get all others.
