Error Reporting

Every time I close the browser the error reporting tool
opens. I have sent the report several times but the tool
still opens every time I close the browser and at no other
time. I am running IE6 sp1 on Win98 2nd edition.

If I select the "re-open browser option" when submitting
the report it opens with a different homepage from the one
I selected.
