Error Reporting

Whenever I get an application crash etc..., the Error
Reporting comes up, I click on Send report and get
another window in essence stating, "No internet
Connection, you must be connected to the internet". When
indeed I am. Temporarily I have disabled error reporting.
Anyone have any ideas as to why the system tells me I
need to be connected when I am?

What type internet conection are you using. Dial up ,Dsl or cable

I don't bother with error reporting, either by manual or
automatic.
