Last month I started getting error reports when surfing the internet, then i
hit dont send & then it closes that page. It happens more frequently when
trying to download pics(resized pics 150 - 200kb) but it also occurrs when I
am accessing a link from a site...

FYI - I tried a different internet provider and it didn't fix the problem

What do the error reports *say*? Please quote exactly, without paraphrasing.
When you post back with that information, please also answer:

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: If the problem is new, what changed
between the time things worked and the time they didn't?

The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the malware/virus
status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what programs (and
versions) did you use to determine this?

Be sure the computer is clean:

and supply some details about your computer (desktop? laptop? Service Pack
level of XP?).

Thanks.

You have still not given the text of the error messages and you still have
not answered all the questions I asked you. Therefore, I can't help you. I
cannot see your computer from here. I cannot mind-read what browser you are
using or magically know if the problems occur with all browsers or only
Internet Explorer, or know what you've already done to troubleshoot. Please
post back - without using "chat speak" abbreviations because that makes
your post difficult to read - with all pertinent details. These links will
show you what to include in your next post:

Without more information from you, any advice you get from this newsgroup
will just be guessing and that isn't useful.
