Error report content

Hi
Everytime I exit a website/page there is a window error box that pops up
saying that an error occcured, and then asks me if I want to send(report) or
not send the error.

Below is what I receive:
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: shdocvw.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2900.2668 Offset: 00018890

The following file will be included in this report:
C:\DOCUME~1\Carl\LOCALS~1\Temp\b273_appcompat.txt

Can anyone help please?
