Error report (0x800CCC78)

I keep getting this error report box. It wasn't like this earlier today. When
I tried to respond to another person, this was when it started. I have tried
to send out test emails but this message keeps popping up. I have tried
turning off my computer and leaving it alone for about 10 minutes and trying
again. I am still getting Error report (Ox800CCC78) Any ideas?
