error received when exiting IE6

Several times I have had this error message when exiting Internet Explorer
(ver6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519 on a Windows XP Pro/SP2 system):

iexplore.exe - Application error
The instruction at "0x014c5fbe" referenced memory at 0x014c5fbe". The
memory could not be read.
Click OK to terminate the program.

All is well after clicking the "OK". No logging to the event logs in
Administrative tools. It does not happen every time, but I have seen it
several times when exiting IE. I have rum memtest over night and it reports
that the memory on this machine is fine. I have done all the spyware,
malware, AND hijack this logs and this machine is CLEAN.

Please advise me on what I can do to resolve this error!

When all else fails, HijackThis v1.99.1
(http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.zip) is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware. **Post
