Error reading setup initialization file

When I tried to install the program after downloading it,
I got a message saying "Error reading setup initialiation
file" and it wouldn't install. Any suggestions?

I've seen a post indicating that this issue may result from an incomplete
download. Try downloading again. If you chose to run directly, rather than
download to a location on your machine and run, choose to save the file
before rnning the install.
