I have run into the same problem! I installed SP4 and am
wondering if it's an SP/software issue or a hardware
issue?

Same error message for Excel

I just started having that problem also. Thought it was the computer, but tried it on others, and it hung. Tried it at home on my own spreadsheet, same thing. I also have W2K and SP4. Will monitor it more at work. I did end up copying it to my hard drive and it works fine. Just doesn't like the floppy or it doesn't like old spreadsheets, only new ones. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated? Thanks
