Error problem after XP Home re-install over itself

In the process of moving a XP loaded HD to a new Box I had to reload XP over itself to resolve a driver conflict
The drivers are now loaded fine

I just have 1 problem
When I right click on My Computer I get an error

rundll32.exe - Entry point not foun
The procedure entry point RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be located in the dynamic link library WINSTA.dl

both files noted in the error message are present in system32 folder

any input is greatly appreciated

Reinstalling XP over itself is not a good idea. You will probably have to format the drive and start over again.
