Error-Printing What to do

What am I suppozed to do when this happend? For now I'm
pausing the printer, and after that restart the spooler
but there must be a way to make the printer print again
without having to restart the spooler?

What is the error that you are getting?

Note:
If the print jobs get corrupted, you have to restart the spooler and
resubmit the jobs.

There is no error message at all...the only error is from
the printer status [Start]-[Settings]-[Printers]-[Printer
name] the status change to error - printing. I don't
think that there is corruption cause the printer start
when I follow those steps.... Pause the printer. Restart
the spooler, Unpause the printer

This is on a windows 2000 terminial server sp4
