error popup

On every site I enter I have a grey box that pops up...
within this box is a big red x...within this grey box it
says...An Exception Occured While Trying To
Run "C:\Windows\System32\btiein.dll.Download". At the
yop of this grey box is the letters RUNDLL, this
lettering also on the taskbar. Please HELP, it is
driving me crazy, This is happening on line and off
line. Thanks
