RUNDLL

All of a sudden, A box with RUNDLL pops up stating...
"C:\WINDOWS\system32\guard.tmp"
the parameter is uncorrect
What does this mean? It pops up every 15 min.
How can I fix this?

VX2.cc properties:

• Hides from the user
• Stays resident in background
