Error opening non-unicode pst file in outlook 2003?

I am trying to open older Outlook 2000 PST files on server with new Outlook
2003 and getting error that Outlook can't open non-unicode PST files? The
users must be able to access older archives, how can I open them or covert
them to newer unicode archive files? Any help appreciated.
