Unicode to non-unicode

I want to export some Outlook 2003 pst files to a colleagues Outlook 2002 non
unicode format. I have seen where some have suggested creating a non unicode
pst file in 2003, but how do you do that? When I go to set up the new pst
folder, there doesn't seem to be an option to make it non unicode.
