When I open the control panel and follow the links, there is no "reset web
settings" tab. Could it be located elsewhere?

Milly described IE6 menus. There is no equivalent IE7 option. There is a
reset on the Advanced tab of the Internet Options, but it resets WAY more
than the reset in IE6 and you might not like it.

Hi! Don't know if this will help...this is my 1st time on here and I am just
learning my way around all of this.

I went into internet options right from the toolbar on my windows screen
because it's the same as if you go to control panel...programs tab...No
'reset web' here but, there's a whole list right there...just make sure your
email setting is Outlook and down below make sure your default web browser is
internet explorer.

This didn't work for me so now I'm trying to figure out the registry repair.
Hope it works for you!!

Scott,

I too have the same problem. I don't see any responses that were helpful to
me. Did you fix the problem and if so, what did you do?
