error on run IE when logon as normal user

Hi all,

I have set up the windows XP with SP2, I setup a account as Users. I found
that I cannot run the Internet Explorer.
But when I change the user to Administrators, then it can run again.. I have
already off the firewall setting. What should I do ?
I dont want to let the normal to have administrator right, but at least I
should let him can use IE.

Hi,

Check permissions on the IE program folder. If this is an XP Home system,
you must do it from safe mode.
