Error on Page in task bar

When attempting to use the "Empty" feature in yahoo mail I get a message
"Error on Page" in the task bar. This has also occured attempting to excess
ring tones from Cingulars web page. Any ideas? After 42 minutes on with Dell
support they couldn't do anything to help.
 
Go to Start/Run and type
regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll
then
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Urlmon.dll
SFC /SCANNOW
Restart IE then
regsvr32 Shell32.dll
