while trying to load a driver for a external hard drive
memup kobalt
i get the message device won't start error 10 can someone
please explain or tell me where to look up these error
codes

Look up error codes in Microsoft's knowledge base accessed from
www.microsoft.com or if you find nothing there, www.google.com will
find something
