Error messages.

receive error message @ start up :
" c:OEMCUST\TOOLS\WIN32\WINPROC.VBS "

& then a shut down message saying :

NTAUTHORITY\SYSTEM.

& then system shuts down after 1 minute.

Please help.

( At my wits end ).
