Error messages

I get two,

The First is whenever a pop up comes up on Internet
explorer and the second is whenever I try to open a
window in windows like MY COMPUTER or C DRIVE

I get this error

IEXPLORER is not a valid date

EXPLORER is not a valid date

The second error is when I am surfing and I keep
getting "Script error" messages, I am inundated with
these pop up's
