error messages

help!!Please!!! error message; works cannot open Temporary internet
files\content.je5 files may be corrupt or not supported file is 1040ez.pdf
thanks for any help
 
JE5 file extension - Unknown or unassigned file extension.
File type specification: Unknown file type

..pdf files can be opened using Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit Reader.
