spyware blaster and hijack this will not load

When trying to open spyware blaster or hijack this I am receiveing an error
message " Cannot find import DLL maybe missing,corrupt or wrong version file
msvbvm60 DLL . error 126"

please can someone help me with this :-(

Open run command and type in:

regsvr32.exe msvbvm60.dll click [OK]
REboot your machine, does this help?.
Usually the file located here:
C:\Windows\System32\msvbvm60.dll
If it is not in that location try to copy it there or to where the apps want
it to be.
