Error Messages

I have Windows XP Professional on my PC, have had it
about 3-4wks now, all has been fine up until few days ago.
I am getting error messages and I do not know what they
mean or how to fix the problem. These msgs are:
APP_BK_048 Connection timed out #10060
APP_BK_048 No route to host #10065
APP_BK_048 Connection refused #10061

It seems has to do with screensaver or something because
my screensaver does not start on set time when these
messages come up, does anyone know about this HELP !

Your machine is telling you that it's trying to make a connection to
somewhere on the network, and it's not happening.

Are you connected to a network, or to the Internet?

Do you have some sort of special screen saver that interacts with
something on the network (like Setiathome or something)?

A quick www.google.com would revels that these files, and the attempts
to connect to the internet, are the result of a well known
worm/trojan/virus (pick your own term) which needs sorting out.
Thankfully it is stupid enough to make its presence obvious this way.

If you've got this one, God knows what other potentially lethal social
diseases are running around on the PC in question.
