app_bk_048 error

Does anyone know what this error is? It keeps popping up,
but I'm still connected. Full dialog box says: app_bk_048
Connection timed out. Error #10060.

This is a result of the SoBig virus. Follow the link below to for the
removal tool.

There also is file named cgtask.exe. Search the registry for the key
and delete it and delete the file from the hard drive.
