error message

I have recently begun receiving a repeating error message
as follows:
APP_BK_048
connection timed out
(error # 10060)

I don't know what application to attribute this message
to, nor how to get rid of it. Everything seems to be
working OK. Any suggestions?
 
Dialup Modem? Check for downloaded "Dialers" (porn, most
likely). Also use "Task Manager" (Ctrl+Alt+Del) and see
in "Processes" tab if you can spot the culprit.
