error messages that states "not implemented" for Outlook 2007

I recently received a new laptop. Outlook 2007 was installed and up and
running. A few days later I installed Microsoft Office Student and Teacher
Edition 2003. I forgot that Outlook 2003 was on this disk and thus did not
do a custom install. When I realized I now had two Outlooks, I reinserted
disk and did an "uninstall" for the entire Office disk. Now my Outlook 2007
comes up, however, when I click on "send and receive" I get a messages that
says Outlook 2007 not implemented. Has anyone had this or a similar problem
and how would you suggest fixing it? Thanks.

Try using the repair option in Outlook, or Office diagnostics in any 2007
component

PS If you want to use / install an earlier version of Office the MS
reccommendation is to install earliest first, then run Office update before
installing Later version (2007 outlook will not install if any other version
of OL exists)
BTW 2007, is this a trial? - it will be unless you paid extra for Office
