I get the following message when I open Outlook 2000:

Unable to open the OUtlook window. The server is not
available. Contact your administrator if this condition
persists.

Outlook will not open. I have no idea what's going on.
 
We had that problem last week with everyones account.
Turns out that the database that Exchange Server dumps the
mailbox data, exceeded the allowed size and became
corrupt. This was due to users not emptying their deleted
items folder thus accumulating to over 14,000 deleted
items per user. Had to rebuild database. All of the users
got that exact error when this happened.
