Error Message

When I use the Microsoft Internet Explorer, I always
recieve this error message:

Microsoft Visual C+ + Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate
it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's
support team for more information.

If anyone knows the reason/or remedy for this error
message please email me a response. Thank you.

It appears that I have both Java(Sun) and MS VM on the PC. After
