Ever since installing Windows XP seversl months ago, an
error message appears whenever the computer is turned
off. While Windows is shuting down it reads as follows;
Instructions at 0X-00000019 referanced memory at 0X-
00000019. Memory could not be read. The shutdown process
continues without any apparient problem but would like to
know how to make correction.
