error message

Only when my daughter logs on do I get this message:
An exception occured while trying to run "C:\WINNT\System
32\btiein.dll, Download"
What is causing this and how can I fix it?

It appears to be either a parasite or a virus, in either case probably
something you do not want on your system. I would check with my Anti-virus
provider and see if they have a notice about it and a method of removal. I
would also instruct my daughter that she is NOT to download anything without
your approval.
