I keep getting an error saying "An exception occured while
trying to run c:\WINNT\System32\btiein.dll,Download" when
trying to open any application or click on any icon. Any
suggestions? Thanks.

Hi,

Many thanks for your response. I tried all of your
options but failed.

I didn't install IE with a BT. I checked the registry but
there is no BackBitmapShell or BackBitmap or
BackBitmapIE5. Currently, IE 5.0 SP4 installed and I
couldn't see the IE in Control Panel either. I did
register as regsvr32 btiein.dll but still getting the same
error message everytime I try to open an application or
click on any icon.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
