Does anybody has an answer to this file(btiein.dll)
poping up in my screen. It just started yesterday and I
have tried to uninstalled it, but no luck. It reads:

RUNDLL: An exception occured while trying to run:
C:\windows\system32\btiein.dll,Download

It sounds like a spyware program that is trying to load
the .dll, but you have probably deleted it. Try running
spybot and see if that can delete whatever is trying to
load the .dll.
