exception error

Every time I open a new window I get this error:

An exception occurred while trying to run "C\WINNT\System32
\btiein.dll,Download"

Any suggestions would be appeciated

You downloaded Hotbar. That's spyware and you don't want it. Get "Adaware"
and/or "Spybot S & D" (both have free versions). Run them and clean all the
spyware off your machine Also get AV software and keep it up to date and
use it. Bet you're full of viruses and worms also.
