RUNDLL error message

Everytime I enter a website address or click a link to
another page, I receive the following error message:

An exception occurred while trying to
run "C:\WINDOWS\System 32\btiein.dll,Download"

I have been unable to find any information regarding this
file. I have installed all available updates as far as I
know. The problem just started to occur today.

Btiein.dll is a part of Huntbar.
