iexplrr11.dll Am getting a shutdown message
saying that this file is missing. Does anyone know how I
can get this file back.

This is not a Windows file and I do not know what it belongs to. Did you
recently uninstall some software or have a virus? You can use Start> Run>
MSCONFIG. If iexplrr11.dll is listed on the Startup page, uncheck it.
