Disconnect the camera. Double check the directions for installation of the
camera and any needed software that comes with it. OR, if possible, use a
reader instead. This is a mmall USB device. To use: take disk out of
camera. Place disk in reader. Access pictures on disk using Windows
Explorer. A lot less painful than dealing with some of the camera
interfaces and their software.
