Avery Cardoza's 100 Slots will not start. Error message, BWCC32dll not found appears. What kind of file is this

It's a Win3.1 era helper file, bwcc32.dll
Borland Windows Custom Control Library, v. 2.04 (~67kb)

goes into windows/system if on a win95/98
and into windows/system32 if on winxp

**note
this may be only one of a few files needed, but win3.1
era code will usually "prompt" you on what files are missing
as the application loads. No guarantee will work/is old code.
