error message

I am trying to install Groove software over the
internet. I got this message. Local Soap Server failed
to initialize, unknown Winsock error

H result 0x80004005

I don't have any idea what this means or where to look
for the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

its a code message.....the code on the sever is badly
misscoded, report it to the webmaster on that site ^_^ v
