error message

I am trying to install the software needed for my Cox
cable modem. Everytime I try to load the disc that Cox
provided, I get the error message: "Work flow harness
Executable Application has encountered a problem and
needs to close". I have tried just about everything and I
cannot get the software to load properly...........any
and all help would be greatly appreciated.... Thanks in

The last time I had that problem I had to get a new CD
from the Company. It was a Program Disc, and there was
soem error, So my best advice would be contact COX and see
if they can send you out another Driver Disc
