I keep trying to install updates but keep getting error code 4397 can anyone
help me please? I cannot find out how to install it and it's telling me it's

The auto complete information does not come from the address book, but
rather from the last 29 addresses you sent to. You can pick addresses from
your address book by clicking on the word "To": in the new message header.
Once you have sent a message to any person that way it will show in auto
complete as well. Addresses in auto complete are not in the address book
unless they were first put there and the above method was used to send to
them. Good luck.
