ERROR MESSAGE

A HAVE GOTTEN A MESSAGE THAT WINDOWS WOULD NOT START
BECAUSE OF AN ERROR IN SOFTWARE.

IT SAYS,
PLEASE REPORT THIS PROBLEM AS:
LOAD NEEDED DDL'S FOR KERNAL.
PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SUPPORT PERSON TO REPORT THIS PROBLEM.

WHO DO I CONTACT, AND HOW ???

First, please turn off caps lock. Typing in all caps is considered
shouting, rude, and is very hard to read. Unfortunately, you haven't
given us enough information to give you a specific answer. What changed
between the time things worked and the time they didn't? Can you get
into Safe Mode? If you can get into Safe Mode, what does a scan with
your current antivirus (using updated definitions) show? Was there a
change in hardware? What are your computer specs? Can you boot using
"Last Known Good Configuration"? Please repost with more information to
get good answer.
